FTR bought @ $8.04

This was one of my income stocks in the past. Big sell off in the last month after earnings and dividend. However seems to be an established based at 8, so looking for a breakout for a quick profit, or a longer term rise because the $0.1875 dividend (9%) makes it an attractive stock at this level.

Price target $8.50 within 3-4 weeks, or hold longer term for the dividend if it takes a while to move.
